ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Tees are assigned by fixed age ranges (below) and players will be flighted by Handicap Index. Note that tees may be slightly out of these yardages due to weather conditions or tee availability at the course.
  • Men 49 & Under: 6,200-6,400 yards
  • Men 50-64: 6,000-6,200 yards
  • Men 65-74: 5,700-5,900 yards
  • Men 75-79: 5,400-5,900 yards
  • Men 80 & Over: 4,800-5,300 yards
  • Ladies: 4,800-5,200 yards (most forward rated tee in this range)
• Grouping requests can be viewed on the Grouping Requests page under Player/Event Information. If you have a request that is not listed, email Kirsten Roberts (kroberts@vsga.org). Those with the same Team ID will be grouped together even if no grouping request appears.
• Prizes in the form of gift certificates valid at the host club will be awarded to gross and net winners in all flights.
• Player Rankings points are awarded at all events based on overall net results. Points are used to determine the field for the One-Day Tournament of Champions.
• Food and beverage options are based on the club's availability and will be at the player's expense.

 WITHDRAW INFORMATION:

• Refunds may be processed online or by contacting the VSGA office at least seven days prior to the event start date. All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee.
• Credits and/or transfers must be requested at least three days prior to the event by contacting the VSGA.
